I requested a refund from you and Google Play and no one has bothered to contact me about it. I did it on the same day that you took the full 34.99. I don't understand and I don't feel it's right that you guys take the money (especially if it wasn't consented - although I failed to read the fine print) and when it comes to refunds, you guys delay or don't bother with us. I wouldn't recommend this app just for that.

I have now emailed you twice requesting a refund. I did not authorize a charge on my card. At a minimum your business could respond to people. Perspective new clients are going to see these posts and realize that you do not provide customer support once you charge.

My account is in a foreign language and is not my native language. The app is not easy to navigate through and not what I expected. So I am requesting a refund.
