At the beginning of your fasting week, there may be a gap in the very first week. You can close this gap by closing your current fasting week on time (24 hours before the plan ends). Your new plan will be merged with your current week plan and the gap will disappear. If you don't close your current week in time, there will be another gap. But don't panic! Simply include a fasting period in the gap period and then follow the new fasting plan as usual.
