If you prefer a standard plan instead of a variable, individually calculated Coach week, you can of course choose one of them.

+ Instead of starting a Coach week (big orange button in the fasting tab), you choose one of the big green buttons underneath.
+ There you can find standard plans like 16-8 and 5-2.
+ Furthermore, we offer plans that focus on specific topics like for example "losing weight", "health", "detox" or "cell repair".
+ As a Coach subscriber, you will also be offered individual challenges, which can be exchanged, if desired.

Please note that you need to cancel your current Coach week or wait for it to end to have access to the plan overview.
